Refund & Cancellation Guidelines

  • No refund policy (refunds will be made only if you have paid more than once for the same item) ।
  • A refund request will be considered valid only if the request is made through Eduteria Email or Eduteria Support.
  • No refund will be provided after 7 days from purchase.
  • Will be refunded to bank account within 10-15 working days after receipt the product।
