The institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in case of misuse or unauthorized sharing.

Course validity will remain active for the duration mentioned at the time of purchase and will not be extended except under special circumstances decided by the institute.

All study materials, including PDFs, printed notes, recorded lectures, and digital content, are the intellectual property of the institute.

Course fees are non-transferable and generally non-refundable under any circumstances.

No refund will be entertained after enrollment or batch activation unless covered under a specific promotional policy.

The institute reserves the right to modify class schedules, faculty, syllabus plans, or platform with prior notice.

In unavoidable circumstances, live classes may be rescheduled or replaced with recorded sessions.

Students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and compatible device for attending classes.

Students must maintain proper discipline during live classes, chats, discussions, and doubt sessions.

Any abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension without refund.

Important updates regarding classes, tests, and materials will be shared through official channels such as the app, SMS, or email.

Students are advised to stay regularly connected with official communication platforms.

Unauthorized copying, screen recording, redistribution, or piracy may lead to legal action.

By enrolling in the online batch, students agree to abide by all the above terms and conditions.

- छात्रों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे संस्थान/काउंसलर से कोर्स की पूरी जानकारी प्राप्त करें और नामांकन से पहले कोर्स विवरण को ध्यान से पढ़ें।
- नामांकन केवल निर्धारित शुल्क का सफल भुगतान होने के बाद ही पुष्ट किया जाएगा।
- छात्रों को पंजीकरण के दौरान सही व्यक्तिगत, संपर्क और पते की जानकारी देनी अनिवार्य है।
- कोर्स तक पहुँच केवल नामांकित छात्र के लिए होगी और एक समय में केवल एक डिवाइस पर।
- लॉगिन क्रेडेंशियल, वीडियो, पीडीएफ, टेस्ट सीरीज या अध्ययन सामग्री साझा करना सख्त निषेध है।
- दुरुपयोग या अनधिकृत साझा करने की स्थिति में, संस्थान बिना रिफंड के पहुँच निलंबित या समाप्त करने का अधिकार रखता है।
- कोर्स वैधता, खरीद के समय निर्दिष्ट अवधि तक ही सक्रिय रहेगी और इसे केवल विशेष परिस्थितियों में ही संस्थान द्वारा बढ़ाया जा सकता है।
- सभी अध्ययन सामग्री, जैसे पीडीएफ, प्रिंटेड नोट्स, रिकॉर्डेड लेक्चर और डिजिटल कंटेंट, संस्थान की बौद्धिक संपत्ति हैं।
- कोर्स शुल्क स्थानांतरित या सामान्य परिस्थितियों में वापस नहीं किए जा सकते।
- नामांकन या बैच सक्रिय होने के बाद रिफंड नहीं होगा, सिवाय किसी विशेष प्रचार नीति के तहत।
- संस्थान कक्षा शेड्यूल, फैकल्टी, सिलेबस योजनाओं, या प्लेटफॉर्म को पूर्व सूचना के साथ संशोधित करने का अधिकार रखता है।
- अनिवार्य परिस्थितियों में, लाइव कक्षाएँ रिकॉर्डेड सेशन्स द्वारा बदल दी जा सकती हैं।
- छात्रों की जिम्मेदारी है कि वे स्थिर इंटरनेट कनेक्शन और संगत डिवाइस सुनिश्चित करें।
- छात्रों को लाइव कक्षाओं, चैट, चर्चा और डाउट सेशन्स के दौरान उचित अनुशासन बनाए रखना होगा।
- किसी भी अपमानजनक, आक्रामक या बाधित करने वाले व्यवहार की स्थिति में, बिना रिफंड के निलंबन किया जा सकता है।
- कक्षाओं, टेस्ट और सामग्री से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण अपडेट आधिकारिक चैनलों जैसे ऐप, SMS, या ईमेल के माध्यम से साझा किए जाएंगे।
- छात्रों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे आधिकारिक संचार प्लेटफॉर्म से नियमित रूप से जुड़े रहें।
- अनधिकृत कॉपी, स्क्रीन रिकॉर्डिंग, पुनर्वितरण या पाइरेसी कानूनी कार्रवाई का कारण बन सकती है।
- ऑनलाइन बैच में नामांकन करके, छात्र सभी उपरोक्त नियम और शर्तों का पालन करने के लिए सहमति देते हैं।
